How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@fluidsculpt.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label
3. Drop off your parcel at any post office
4. Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

Return Conditions

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened serums and skincare can only be returned under our guarantee policy (i.e., if you tried it and weren't satisfied)
• Devices must be returned with all included accessories
